My MAC needed cleanup, updating, and stuff I didn’t even know I needed. My guru for the past 20 years was no longer available and Ken was the answer to my prayers. He is knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and a MAC expert. He fixed problems I knew about and, more importantly, fixed what I didn’t know to ask about. Ken explained what he was doing so that I could understand. He responded promptly to questions I’ve had after his appointment. Ken is on my primary go-to list.
