How do I receive your services?
We offer on-site service at your home or business. There is no additional fee for on-site service – mobile is what we do! We also offer remote service calls.
How do you charge for your services?
We charge by the hour for on-site service with a 1 hour minimum. After the first hour we charge in 15 minute increments. The typical on-site service calls takes 1-2 hours. For larger projects we provide quotes, bids, and/or proposals on a project by project basis.
How much is it going to cost?
Due to the wide range of services we offer, costs can vary. Our goal is to provide fast and professional services at a competitive price. Price should never be the single deciding factor when choosing a service provider.
Do you charge for mileage or a trip charge?
There are no additional fees associated with services performed in our coverage area. If you live outside of our normal coverage area, a small trip charge will be added to your invoice.
Do you offer a warranty on your services?
Yes! Our labor is covered by a 30 day guarantee. If a problem arises on the work we’ve performed, we will gladly return to your location to make it right. All hardware we sell carries a 1 year warranty administered through us.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts for seniors and military personnel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. Business customers can apply for Net Terms.
Where are you located?
In California – we service Orange County and surrounding areas. We do not have a retail brick and mortar store.
In New Hampshire / Massachusetts – Lexington, Burlington, Winchester, Bedford, Belmont, Arlington, Watertown, Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Wellesley, Newton, Needham, Waylan, Concord, Lincoln, Sudbury, Woburn, North Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Wilmington, Melrose, Medford, and Waltham.
