How do I receive your services?

We offer on-site service at your home or business. There is no additional fee for on-site service - mobile is what we do!


How do you charge for your services?

We charge by the hour for on-site service with a 1 hour minimum. After the 1st hour we charge in 15 minute increments. The typical on-site service call takes 1-2 hours. For larger projects we provide quotes, bids, and/or proposals on a project by project basis.


How much is it going to cost?

This is a very difficult question to answer because of the wide range of services we offer. Our goal is to provide fast and professional services at a competitive price. Price should never be the single deciding factor when choosing a service provider.


Do you charge for mileage or a trip charge?

There are no additional fees associated with our services preformed in our service area. If you live outside of our normal coverage area, a small trip charge will be added to your invoice.


Do you offer a warranty on your services?

Yes! All of our labor is covered by a 30 day guarantee. If a problem arises on the work we have preformed we will gladly return to your location and make it right. All hardware we sell carries a 1 year warranty administered through us.


Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts for seniors and military personnel.


What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Business customers can apply for net terms.


Where are you located?

In California:
We service Orange County and the surrounding areas. We do not have a retail brick and mortar store.

In New Hampshire / Massachusetts:
We service the following cities - Lexington, Burlington, Winchester, Bedford, Belmont, Arlington, Watertown, Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Wellesley, Newton, Needham, Wayland, Weston, Concord, Lincoln, Sudbury, Woburn, North Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Wilmington, Melrose, Medford, Waltham (and all surrounding areas).
