I’m one of those senior citizens that doesn’t know a great deal about the workings of a computer but Kevin is very understanding of any problems that I have. He patiently explains any concerns that I have. I like that he answers emails promptly and never seems to be rushing me. He is just all-around pleasant and knowledgeable.
