He is very conscientious in returning voice mail and email messages, makes every effort to schedule a convenient appointment time (How much easier is it to have him come to your residence or business instead of carrying your computer somewhere?), is very prompt, personable and professional. We appreciate his patience in working with our 14-year-old grandson and with us 75-year-old grandparents. His people skills and his ability to explain and teach are awesome! He goes out of his way to assist in any way he can.
