I am convinced that Mr. Kevin Harms and his Big K Mobile Computer Services company are both as good as it gets when I have needed computer services during these last 8 years that we have used his services in my dental office. We have 8 computer stations all interconnecting and of course issues come up unexpectedly.

We call Kevin. He communicates back right away. Whether it has been an emergency bug infection, or a computer needs replacement, or even the server needed totally upgrading, he appears as promised, always with a positive attitude, Kevin has done it very smoothly every time! He is a very well informed technician at computer structure. He is also a whiz at working with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to make our computing such a headache-free routine in our office!
