As a couple of “less than tech-savvy” seniors, we have relied upon Kevin for several years and are happy to tell all that they can’t go wrong with Kevin! He is friendly, responsive, has reasonable rates, goes out of his way to make sure we understand what the problem is, and is very thoughtful in suggesting solutions and giving options, knowing we are on a tight budget. He is a unique combination of a smart, technically proficient professional combined with a “you feel a friend is visiting” kind of demeanor. He truly deserves five stars!
