I was recommended to Big K Mobile by my neighbor. I called Kevin up and he came over in a day or so. When I opened my front door Kevin greeted me with a big smile,was very friendly and courteous. We proceeded to my office and within 25 feet of my pc he said your computer does not have any mechanical problems. I said how can you tell so fast and he told me over time that he has acquired an hear for sounds in a pc, That really impressed me. Kevin was able to take my computer away and bring it back in 2 days, completely overhauled, and running great WOW! Since then I’ve called Kevin on several occasions and he has been able to answer my questions and has not charged me extra. Kevin goes above and beyond for his business which shows me his dedication to his profession. We will continue to use Kevin and also to refer Big K Mobile to our friends.
